PANERA BREAD
I started my bread journey at Panera in 2022 (not that I wasn’t always on a bread journey—carbs are life).
WHAT I DO: As the Social Copy Manager, I spend about 50% of my time influencing internal & external agency strategy, offering feedback to junior creatives and agency partiers, and (of course) writing and concepting the work. The other 50% is focused on Panera’s Unlimited Sip Club, and the MyPanera customer loyalty program, managing ecom experiences, email, performance social, external brand partnerships, field marketing… the list goes on!
While the social space is definitely a passion of mine, it’s been rewarding to dive deep into program branding—focusing in on voice, tone and strategy to foster revenue growth, and brand love.
WHAT YOU’LL SEE: The fun, witty organic work below I’ve written, concepted, and helped come to life working with our content creator partners and internal ADs—but there’s plenty of triggered email flows, UX experiences, and full-scale campaigns in my pocket too.
